The work, in detail

A fresh lawn starts with a closer look.

Bare ground and thinning grass do not all need the same fix. We review the area, its condition and your expectations before discussing sod or a more focused repair.

Tell us what you need
  1. 01

    Assessing the problem areas

We look at the size and condition of the areas you want restored. Share any known issues, such as standing water, heavy use or deep shade, so these can be considered.

  2. 02

    Preparing the agreed area

Preparation depends on the existing ground. Any removal of old material, soil work or surface preparation is discussed and included in the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Sod laying or targeted repair

New sod can give an area a fresh surface, while smaller worn sections may suit a targeted approach. We confirm the materials and work with you before installation.

  4. 04

    Planning the follow-through

New grass needs attention after the work is complete. We discuss watering access and ongoing care so you understand your part in helping the area establish.

A closer look

Think beyond installation day.

The aim is a lawn that fits the rest of the property. A clear watering plan and sensible use while new grass establishes are part of thinking the project through from the beginning.

A few useful answers

Before we get started.

Can you repair just part of my lawn?

Yes. Send photos of the worn areas and their approximate size. A targeted repair may be suitable without replacing the entire lawn.

Should I choose sod or seeding?

That depends on the area, condition and your expectations. We can discuss the options after reviewing the property; seeding is also available through lawn care.

Who waters the new grass?

We agree on aftercare before the work begins, including your watering responsibilities and any additional support you would like quoted.
